PRSSA Sponsors Second PR Workout
Saturday, January 30
9:45 am
PRWorkout is a series of 30 minute panels led by public relations students and PRSSA members. Each panel will discuss how student organizations can apply a specific aspect of public relations and will then answer questions regarding the topic. This year, PRWorkout will cover event planning/fundraising, member recruitment, media relations, legalities and social media. Attendees can choose three of the five sessions to attend, and will also leave with packets containing handouts of information to refer to in the future. PRWorkout was established by PRSSA last year to benefit student organizations on campus by teaching their leaders the basic public relations skills that successful groups need in order to accomplish their goals. $10 www.ugaprssa.org
